These Terms & Conditions govern the use of English-language training services provided by Global English LLC.

By booking lessons, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

We provide online English lessons, corporate training, and related language-learning services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All lessons must be paid in advance through Stripe, Wise, or PayPal.

  • Pricing is displayed in EUR or USD depending on region.

  • Corporate clients receive invoices upon request.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are charged as a full lesson.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

  • Completed lessons are non-refundable.

  • Unused prepaid lessons may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Corporate packages follow the terms outlined in the service agreement.

5. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend lessons on time

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain respectful communication

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only

6. Teacher Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Provide professional, well-prepared lessons

  • Communicate promptly

  • Keep your information secure

  • Deliver services as described

7. Technical Issues

If technical issues occur (internet failure, platform error):

  • If the issue is on the student’s side → lesson is counted

  • If the issue is on the teacher’s side → lesson is rescheduled or refunded

8. Liability

Global English LLC is not responsible for:

  • Internet outages

  • Device failures

  • External booking system errors

  • Third-party service interruptions
